Want to get an awesome engine for my NT1 for high speed runs (not racing so can be outlaw)

Can you put a larger engine than .12 in the x-ray???

Also what header kit should i get for it???

At the moment was told novarossi or sirio is the way to go...

if your just bashing and want to go fast im sure with some modifications you can put what ever you want 21/28 engines

The best engine so far is the OSMAX 18TZ, use a heavy gearing and the car will run high speeds.
