i have a question about getting foam tire truer, is there a company out there that will truer the tires for me if i purchase the tires from them?

I doubt that very much.
I have used foam tires for years, and have never heard of anything like that.
Foam tires are massed produced, and I really dont think you are going to have any luck finding a company that will true them for you.
Best bet is to find a used tire truer, and true them yourself.
I am sure thats not want you want to hear, but you can find cheap tire truers for less than $75.00 on the web sites.
They wont be a Hudy of course, but they will get the job done

If you race you can always find someone at the track with a tire truer.
Most people at the track will be more then willing ti help you out.
I have a friend at the track and true all my tires on his machine.
In the mean time I keep my eyes open for a deal on my own truer.
You can find good deals on Ofna and Integy truers on ebay most of the used hudy's still go for a good buck even on ebay.
I have seen some good deals on hear for truers just beware of who you buy from.
