Ahh, I remember I first met Manti on the old HPI forums about 4-5 years ago. He was the first person to have the MIP bottle hooked up to his OS hehehehehe

Memories, ...

good job by Manticore

I was on the HPI Forums from day one....and the same battles there, are right here on RC TECH......HPI vs Serpent....

So I guess nothing changes....well,maybe one thing.....HPI has a world championship with a brand new car....And serpent doesn't...

BUT....They do have a great set up book...(which is needed)..

(you think HPI misses keeping up with the old forums?)....

i think that was a smart move by HPI

something like HPI VS Serpent will put HPI in a tough situation if it happens in a forum host by HPI

When did HPI win a WC with the R40. I thought the only thing they won was the US Nationals.

All I know is I wont be driving either of these brands this year. i'm changing to Mugen for a few months (all 3 nitro on-road classes). Will be dropping the 200mm later in the year though for a new car.

WHAT?
Are you saying that a national US title is not equal or more than a world championship?

Who? Me? Never.

From the Nationality of the winner you could say it was a World Championship
