ATS 1/8 tyres on EVO rims
Hi there,
last year at the worlds ATS released the so called EVO rims for 1/8 foam tyres (disk style). Has anyone already have some experience with them? They are noticable more expensive then the ATS Light rims. Are they durable? How about the weight? My experience with ATS is very good so far. The standard rims are very tough. The Light wheels save you about 20gramms but are more fragile if you hit the curbs hard. Thanks a lot for your reply and best regards, Stefan |

They are about the same weight as the kyosho style wheels, I don't have a new set in front of me to put on the scale though so I am not entirely sure. It is basically the kyosho style spokes on the back with a disc covering the front with the 3 slots though. |
The Twister site shows these as sold out too. Are they part of the 'be patient and we'll have new tires' or are they different and will soon be back in stock?
