I think he might be refering to a canister that is attached to the pressure line from the pipe. It increases the volume of that pressure line. You can tune some characteristics of your motor by changing the pressure line length and volume. Also I have heard some people say that a pressure increase canister can smooth out the pressure pulse from the pipe.

I think they are refering to the pressure canister that is placed on the exhaust side, not the fuel side!

correct, on the fuel side, it would be illegal..

I've had the occasional tuning issue related to blown exhaust seals. I have used crank pressure before but not in a car engine. I tried a one way valve on a NTC3 but that made the engine flame within three seconds of opening the tank lid.

If you can't find one. Just buy a big 1/8 fuel filter and gut it. Same thing. Joel is suggesting that instead of using alot of fuel tubing you can use these cans or gutted fuel filters.

To me, it looks like a big fuel filter minus the internals.
