Anyone played with the flyweights of the new clutch?
I did cut my shoes to leading (I always do) but the new clutch comes with a tailing setting and so far I see there are no leading flyweights optional with original or optional parts. RickV told me that a leading setting does not work well and that is why only tailing is used but so far I have tested I haven't seen any problem.

From what I've noticed with the NEW CLUTCH it hit's really hard but feels VERY smooth. It seems to allow you to get on the power sooner and harder without disrupting the car.

what the ride height u normally set? I think -2 camber fits for low ride height setup.

There seems to be no defference than only the needed spring tension.

Gearing ratio and shift point
Hi,
can somebody give advise how to find the correct gearing ratio for different tracks. What is important, what should be considered to be fast and to have a stable car. Is there a way to pre-calculate the best ratio on a theoretical basis, e.g. based on the lenght of the track, the amount of curves etc.? Where should be the shift point on the track? Is there a general rule like shift in the curve, short after the curve etc.? How should be the step between the first and the second gear.
thx.

Receiver Battery
Who is using a LiPo battery for the receiver and made good experience? What is the recommendation, better a LiFe or NiMH? I do see a huge benefit wrt weight, size and capacity.
