Saw this car and the drivetrain is smooth. There are some bits that will get everyones attention when they see the car up close.

There are some new pics of the car on Mugen Seikis web site.
The front swat bar holders are double adjustable and they contain both the up and down stop screws.
The front lay shaft holder is bolted to tha chassis with two screws and the chassis holes are sloted to allow front belt tension to be adjusted (slick). The shaft is hollow and appears to be aluminum.
The radio tray flex gimmick; looks like there is clearance clarence for plenty of movement side to side and with some shims vertical movement can be adjusted?
Plenty of holes in the chassis for weight placement and thanks to them we know where to put it.
The rear end is held to the chassis with four screws.

MUGEN SEIKI MRX5-5.jpg
See the gray plate that bolts to the rear bulkheads, the only reason I see for this is to brace the bulkheads???

I can understand, car looks very nice!...
Nice small gimmicks indeed, very small at the front, and long under arms....
Belt tensioner, finally made easy. (without losing roll)

Now if somebody donates me 4 complete clutches, I might consider buying the car...

is it a brace ? it may well be the insert plate for roll center inserts. just cant see due to the angle of the pic ? i have something here very similar in design, and it houses the lower hinge pin inserts.
