but can't confirm if hara is racing this year, as his name is not with the approved representative list from japan, he or masami needs to win from the pre-world to get the seat for japan

Probably no upgrade kit, just the kit alone. Download the "New Parts for MRX5 WC-SPEC" PDF file from the Mugen website for the part numbers.

Everything other than the front lower arms.

If you are referring to the rear lower roll center mount, it's just stronger (thicker).

Hey guys, i'm having some issues with my mrx5. I need more braking before the turns and at the end of the straight. In my 10th scale I put a front diff in the car and it added so much braking but I was told there is no front diff for the mrx5? I have my brakes set as harsh as I can get them without it spinning out and its definitely not enough. It spins out real easy if I jam on the brakes any more than I have it set right now. What do u guys suggest?

Thanks!
Kyle

Learn to drive it, that's all you're going to get. Front brakes are actually illegal in this class.

I did just think of a couple pointers that might help though.

1. You can use more brake at high speed than at low speed so you can try setting it as high as it can go for the end of the straight and then using either no brakes or just a very quick stab of brake for the rest of the track. I do this at some tracks.

2. High bite you can use more brake, but of course you don't need as much then.

3. More rear downforce can allow more brake to be used but will make the car push in fast sweepers. Works well on tracks that don't have sweepers.

4. I often start a long main with a touch too much brakes and use it very carefully since they usually fade a bit over the run. I also keep my radio on the brake endpoint menu so during pit stops I can add a click or two as needed.
