Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone could please tell me the spring hardnesses and their colour? I mean White/soft etc. or however it goes. I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance...

Both listings that I use are in the MRX-4-X thread;

Yes there is a difference in rating for the same spring between the two charts, but each chart was measured using the same method.

Hi there,

any new solutions to fix glitching? My 5 ran well for a couple of weeks but now goes into failsafe mode every now and then. No control for a second or so, then it will run normal again (for some tanks). Changed the rx battery pack, problem is still there.
Checked/did most of the proposals in this tread, but no success so far (shimmed radio deck to get rx box clearance, checked front bulkhead edge, ran top deck without flex...)
Any thoughts?
Btw, Futaba 3PKS...

I had trouble and found I had a faulty servo but I have now lined the inside of the receiver box with foil tape to keep a bit of heat and any wayward signals out and now have no trouble (touch wood).

i have also seen the faulty servo which also contributes the radio problem.

That would be fine but I run 10kg Savox servos all round and speed is still .07.

When to replace the pinion gears ?

Do I have to wait untill all teeth become very sharp ?

I measured the outside diameter of old pinion gear is a bit smaller than the new ones.

I dont know when most people change their pinion gears.

I change them prob every second club race meet or 2 or 3 times during a championship weekend.
