Anyone know if the Spektrum telemetry setup will work with any Radio/RX system? Or only Spektrum brand? I have the Futaba 3PM Fasst

No, the Spektrum telemetry only works with a Spektrum receiver which only works with a Spektrum transmitter(modul)

You want laptimes, maybe the team Orion Lapcounter is something.
