Default Assembling an OFNA Brick Pack?

I got an OFNA Brick Flat Cell pack kit (unassembled).

I have 5 cells (6Volt), a tab and wire lead.
How do I assemble this pack?
It will be used for a receiver pack in a NTC3.
How do I tell which end of the cell is + and which is - ?
Do I require shrink wrap to wrap the whole thing after?

Thanks, Che

Che, I just bought a pack tonight, but mine is assembled. I just built the receiver hump pack for my MTX. Normally the "+" has a indentation around the top and the "-" is same size. Wire the batteries in series positive to negative, use battery bars. This will leave you with a negative on one end and a positive on the other. Red lead to positive and black to negative.
