The Aluminium Pivots are included in Razor 2 Kits since some Month.
Here in Germany, the Razor has to much weight. We should have more than 2400 Gramms, but my Razor with Body has with empty fueltank ~ 2540 Gramms. This decreases acceleration
One bad thing for aluminum is, that the hex is going fast round, when using not good tools or work to fast and donīt turn realy straight. (sorry, canīt write better)

Today i had my first testing Runs with the one-piece-brake-disc. And i have to say, the money was a good investment No stuckering Brake, every round the same Brake-Power and i have no doubt about, that i must not check every 3 Liters, if the holes are to big.
At last Race, the brake-cooler was broken and i hat a spin into the wall....

sorry for question, du you seek an overdrive-calculator?
you can find one on my website:
www.Edam-Racing.de
please register first (no panik, no personal Datas needed) and then you can download in download-section.
The calculator gives you Overdrivecalcualtion with different pulleys and the speed and overdrive for every tyre diameter..

Understand i right?
You have a complete other performance from Razor1 to Razor2?
The difference is not only the Chasisplate. The rear End, i mean upper arms and Knuckles is different. So the Roll-Center in rear is different. The Razor 1 had less front-gripp and a "Rear as nailed on track". The Razor 2 has more steering.
If you want a smooth rear, use the 25 Pulley on Side-front. For more Steering use the 26 Pulley on Side-front

And the inconsistance in Stock-Brake come from little curbs around the holes. (Discs and Brakecooler) They must be planed to avoid different thickness. use the RA 00270 one-piece-disk and the brake-problems are history. I tried it at last Race and im happy with the new Disk.

ok seeing it is winter here trying to get things sorted out for next season do you think they will be upgrading this car? maybe a little more adjustable maybe upgrade the servo saver more like the 977 or optional spirit unit or ackerman? maybe set it up with inserts on the lower rear arms for roll center? what would every one else like to see them do? if you could tell them
anybody using the smaller rear hub bearings and insert for roll center adjustment?

Itīs poor, but i think there will be no upgrades for RazorII. There was a prototype some years ago, but nothing was coming from.
About the rear Hubs. In Razor II or the upgrade-Kit for OS2 Rims, the rear hubs are with inserts and 18x12x4 ball-Bearings. Iīm using them for 2 years or so, and it gives a little setupchange for the rear.

This is the Picture for the Kit from OS1 to OS2. There are some parts needed extra, but you can see the rear hubs with inserts.
The ballbearings are worn out a little faster, but the are cheap with 1€/piece.
But, if you have a impact into bareer, the inserts will break faster, and they are more expensive than the bearings
