They are fantastic tires for world caliber drivers with good wear, a number of tires are actually ATS like Twister and RB was for a short time but I'm not sure now.

thanks man.
So would ATS be the tire you recomend out of the list?

Well, it depends a bit on the car you run.
Some tires work really good with a chassis and some need a lot of effort to work.
An example, when I still had a Serpent 720 the Jap. Xceed tires were perfect for the car, i was a lot faster with them as when I was running the GRP tires.
But the italian Xceed tires made the car very slow and lazy.
When I switched to a NT1, I first tried the Jap. Xceed tires but these where terrible. So tried a set of GRP's and they were great, a lot quicker and the car really came to life.
Personally I don't like the ATS tires (tried them as RB and original ATS), they wear out a lot quicker as any other tire, and when I start on big tires the car is extremely nervous. They do give a good amount of grip, I like the m for qualifying.
So my advice would be: test like three brands of tires which are available to you, and test them with the standard setup, and then decide which tire you are going to use.

Tech Regular
ATS, JACO, xceed, cheetah, GRP regular weight rims and never had any problem. But broke a few light weight rims already..... Personally for practice I would stay away with the light weight rims..... only for race day.

Thanks man.
Are you saying that the regular weight rims slow your car down or is it hardly noticable?
#14
Light-weight wheels give better grip and steering. just better tires but strictly for race weekend/day unless you know how to keep off the boards and rubber side down
