Yea I find xceed has a mount of grip but is little softer than other brands. But the capricorns are a great tire but until I found at the aus nats that the actual tire was 31mm but the rim was 30 mm. Overall a great tire slightly harder than xceed in the end it comes down to what tire YOU prefer.

Joel in our rules the rims must he 30mm with up to 1 mm of tolerance so as long as you grind them down a bit it's fine.

In the US it's 31mm plus 1 mm tolerance

do you guys get cracked rims with the xceed tyres?

it was my first time using them and i had cracks near the centre of all 4 rims where the plastic has split.

I was looking for some belted rubber slicks for my new NT1R. I have a realistic GT body and was hoping for some rubber tires to go with it.

Are there any manufacturers out there that make them? The only reference I can find for Nitro cars was the post I quoted above. Does anyone run these tires, or know someone who has? How do they perform/last?

Only a second per lap slower compared to regular foams.
Change the side pulley to the 26T version when running rubber tires.
