Default glow plug problem pls check it

guys i'm new to this forum i'm having a problem with my RC i got HSP on road car model 2007 it's kinda old but good for newbies like me
problem is everytime i remove my glow plug igniter to the heat sink my engine dies
tell me some advice's tips and anything

Just get a new glowplug, it is foor 99% the solution of your error.

Check the current plugwire, if it is dark brown it would be wise to check the engine inside for rust.

If i've read and understood your post correctly, you shouldn't be removing your plug whilst the motor is running, that's why it dies. The heat your mill produces is what keeps the fillament in your plug alight whilst running.

Then yeah replace your glow plug, like Roelof suggested
