Default Question about HPI RS4 EVO 3+ *New hobbyist*

Hi, Very new (2 weeks) to this hobby and forum. Just have a couple troubleshoot questions. I have two of these cars. One was driven by someone else and crashed at 25-30mph into a curb. Bent the chassis a little bit but the main issue is, when it tries to shift into the second gear, the engine stalls and dies. Just wondering what may be the issue?

My other car is brand new, I broke the engine in properly and everything seems fine but, When I hit the brakes, 75% of the time, the engine stalls. How do I/or what is the best way to adjust the throttle position so this does not happen?

oh, and is there a thread dedicated to the rs4 evo's? If so, can you post the link? Thanks!

Sounds like your idle is set too low.

As far as a thread for just RS4's, do a search.

I know RCUniverse and RCZ both have threads just for RS4's.
