The sub C cell hump pack didn't fit for me with no mods. But anyway if u need a new Rx pack i would strongly recomend u get a AAA pack becuase of a couple of reasons. One being the Ease in which u can fit the AAA pack, u can mount the AAA pack lower to the ground lowering CG and it is also abouot half the weight of a sub C cell pack saving u about 40-50 grams. The only down sid is the capacity of a AAA pack is 700mah, this would give you about an hour straight of running but with digital servoes it would be less.

i use the ofna 1000mah brick pack

Couldn't you make a pack with 1600 or 1800 Mah Nimh AAAs?

Thanks for the tip. Why didn't I think of that earlier?

Sorry, you are correct. Should have read AA.

One bad eye, one closed one and two fingers pecking...bad idea to post so early in the morning!

Tanx!
