its a great kit to fool around with, easy handling for beginners. upgrading parts wouldn't make much difference. mostly improve looks or even its durability.
im guessing ur buying the ready to run version, that engine is built to last!! just be gentle with the pull start cord and not to over pull it..
dont worry about the rest and enjoy your new car
