Default engine pipes???!!!!

Hi again, i am new to nitro, getting a kit soon, i am wondering what are the differences between all of the pipes out there?! they all look the same to me so should i find a cheap one, or does it really matter of how much i am paying for one!? ThankYou!

What kind of car (1/10, 1/8), motor, technical course or one with large straight aways. There are a lot of variables when choosing a pipe.

As a general rule, if you don't have the time or money to experiment with lots of different pipes just get whatever the latest pipe is from the manufacturer of the motor. You might not always end up with the absolute best pipe for your situation (though usually it will be) but it will always be very close to ideal.
