HELP! i cant get my motor to work!

everything is working (so i think)....i have a Nitro RS4 2....i recently melted my stock clutch and bought a racer clutch...now when i get my motor going.....it either:

1) has the bell clutch loosen up...
OR
2) will choke if i punch the throttle

please help me! all advice is welcome
