if you can get full throttle without contacting the tank, then just adjust the servo travel.
otherwise, you can loosen the carb (pinch screw below the idle screw) and rotate it so the slide will extend to the side of the tank. look at the pics at post 21 of this thread, and you can get the idea, just a little rotation will be enough.
be certain to not let the carb slide out. before the loosen the carb get a visual picture of how close the carb and crankcase are.
