Hello,

Has anyone put in some decent time using the Hard suspension parts? I was wondering what you did/didn't like about them. Are they more durable than the normal parts. etc etc.

Thanks!

Hello! I am staying in Bangkok and is testing engines and parts to the 733 and has just changed to the Hard suspension parts. I will test on wendesday because tomorrow it is a Tamiya cup race and on tuesday closed for Buddha day. I will get the new Blitz IFS , RS4 and PF R5N on monday evening from HK.
I have compared Stratus 3.1 and Xceed A5 and the A5 is a little more stabile but can sometime be a bit slow around the corners in low speed.
I hope I can test them before the race on 14/3 at KRT raceway. It's really hot here with +37-40C close to the ice bucket and about +50 in the pit. The testing is 1-2 tanks before you have to stop because of the heat.
I love my new 733 and is getting one more soon because the one I have is already run about 50 liter. Yes I drive alot and has so far used 8 liters in 2 weeks.
Toklappen from Sweden
In the heat testing just for you

Ok, put the front steering stuff on last night. The front belt seems to rub some on the servo saver. What did i do wrong? I looked it over, althought it was midnight, and did not see anything obvious.

Hey guys,

Got my 733 last tuesday and built it up for the weekend. Was still putting the finishing touches on it when I arrived at the track yesterday.

Well I only got 2 mins of practice before qualifying kicked off. I made a single change after each run and qualified 2nd for the A final.

I changed to the locker and also went to softer springs and a heavier rear diff before the final.

Got the jump straight into the lead at the start of the final. Was never headed for the whole 30mins and won the final by 2.5 laps. The car was awesome on its tires with plenty of rubber left. It was great in the tight sections hugging the line nicely. A bit nervous through the fast sweeper but I will work on that next time.

Will also try the front diff again with some really heavy oil.

All in all an awesome debut and im very impressed.

hummm no flame out , no striped gears . What tires did you run ? Softer rear sway bar or outter hole on rear sway bar link . Settled the car a bit around the sweeper . Should give that a try . You should email me that set up of yours . Struggled a lot for off power steering in some corner but using the softer front sway bar helped a lot . lower front roller center helped on the sweeper too.

take your time building the 733 , make sure nothing is binding and plenty of time running enigne in . nova are a bitch of a thing to run in. i was running a nova plus 12 sct o9 on the weekend had put threw 1.5 ltr on bench and slow track run in and then started leaning it out for 4 tank or so , raced it in a club meet that another 10 tank . and guess what its hardly worn in . but never had any problem with run time . hopefully next club day will loosen it up .

Well, I figured out that Xceed A5 gives good traction but a lots of sterring but not very stabile.Our Track is Loooonng and smooth so now i am using Dodge Stratus 3.1 because it is a stable body.But;
Does RS4 reflects same as A5 then ?
