I just wanted to discuss the clutch issue in more detail if anyone had a minute or two...
I appear to have the clutch shoes that were drilled on the wrong side as well. I have run the clutch with the concave side towards the flywheel but I do not like the amount of delay in the clutch engage time. If I understand a previous poster correctly, I can put the concave side out so that the trailing end of the shoe is towards the back when the flywheel spins counter clockwise. I know that is a mouth-full. I dont know how to explain it any better so you have my apologies.
Serpent America, was this a production issue? Kind of strange due to the fact that the clutch was unchanged betweent he 720 and 733.

Ok so I finally got the chance to run my 733 at the track today with a basic set up. I did notice that my tank is busted on the right side but it also was spitting fuel out through the cap? Other than that the car was on rails I couldn't believe the way it was running. Better than my 720 ran. Great car just can't wait for the replacement tank need it yesterday.

ever since i assembled the diffs its continously leaking diff oil. Is it possible that i over filled it? I filled to the mark shown in the diagram. Im thinking to refill with the gears inside just above the shafts?

Mine do the same thing the first couple of runs after I build them.
Here's a nice item that help with it, though. You can get it through Grainger.

After building the diffs, put a bead of this around the seal and let dry.

With my 720 diffs i used high temp rtv silicone around the screws and the out drives and it worked well. You can get that from any autorparts store.

Mine were leaking when I first put the kit together. I took the front and rear end apart, gave it a few more REALLY HARD turns, and no more leaking.

Even by mail order, they can take care of all your Serpent needs. Their shipping is very reasonable. Plus Sam is very knowledgeable about the product and all the products and accessories he sells that would compliment your Serpent. His son Nigel is a driver for Serpent and can help you with your setups.
