Default 2spd blues

I'll bet I'm the first one on the block with one of these!

The result of:

A. Superlative Nova Rossi power

B. A rough night out drinking with Lindsay Lohan

C. Cheap Chinese crap

Hmmmm. I'd like to be able to say it was B. But I'll have to go with....C.

I miss the old days!

item # 804175

I have run back to back testing on the H vs M sets, and the grip difference between the two is very noticable (almost need to run one shore less front/rear)

Michael which arms do you run at Moorebank? havent picked up a set of M arms yet.. keen to try them. BTW thanks to you and Johnny for helping out me and my mate yesterday with the pitting/starts in the finals, definitely getting there with car, only 3 meets old and im very impressed by the overall drivability of the car.. soooo much steering! (once it has a decent setup on it! )

Quick question guys, has anyone broken off the end of their wheel axles yet? i have had this happen twice now in two race meets.. I have attached a pic of the wheel axle from the first time round that it happened.. in this picture it snapped after the wheel hex (the first time), and yesterday it snapped before the wheel hex!

Am i the only one with this problem? Does anyone know if any other brand (XRAY?) will fit in the 733? i have never had this happen ever on my previous nitro cars and im guessing its only going to happen again...

I have been running the M arms all round for the past two races. I ran 35f/37r all day yesterday, wanted to run 37/40 for the main, but didn't have a set. The car felt very quick, unfortunetly, the rear anti roll bar loosened itself after about 10 minutes into the final (my mistake ) but still was able to hang onto 2nd.

Yeah it was a good drive by yourself, your car seems very stable compared to mine and most others at MB, which setup are you running? is it one you have devised yourself or something you grabbed off the net.. wouldnt mind comparing it to mine to see where the major differences lie.

I know most of the others run much harder tires (40s all around etc) then I do. I drove Mike's 733 yesterday and couldn't do a proper lap with it.

The basics are:

35f/37r (or 37f/40r depending on grip) but i always run softer fronts.
Front solid
100K rear diff (xray oil)
Max roll centres (ie, highest hole on front, lowest hole on rear)
Pink fronts/Orange rear springs
45wt oil all round
3 deg rear toe, 0.5 front
0mm / 3mm droops

Interesting.. thats very similar to the setup i ran at whalan last weekend, was pretty stable, just slightly understeered on the middle section of the track but no big deal. ill definitely give it a go next fortnight.
