Default does anyone know what this is

hey everyone i have a question i just got this rc car when i bought it off the kid he told me it was a hpi proceed and handed me a bunch of hpi parts to go with it well i ended up braken a part (left front bulkhead) and when i brought it in to the hobbyshop we realized its not a proceed its very similar but its deffinatly not a proceed now i dont know what the heck it is ive searched the internet and its also very similar to a serpent but deffinatly not a serpent please if anyone knows what this car is or if they have any idea on what parts will fit please let me know

well iv eran the Proceed and the Super nitro, its hard to tell from the pics cause they are soo small.. but hpi only made 2 cars that size as mentioned above, if he handed you hpi parts look up the part # on hpiracing.com, its probly the proceed, maybe the hobby guy never seen one before, they have been discountinued for a while now though... :M2:

If my memory is correct, the Proceed had a receiver pack that went in from above just behind the fuel tank, not from under the chassis like this one.

well i tried to get some bigger pics but it didnt work but if you need different pics or want me to email you some huge pics or need to know something specific about the car just let me know and i will anwser it the best i can... i really want to find out what this car is so i can get it going again its a really fun and good handling street car and i want to go race it at the track
its 1/8 scale 4 wheel drive has a 3 belt drive one way front diff

XR8. The battery tray pretty much identified it. It also helps if you own one.
