Whoops I missed the thread :)
I was so interested in posting up the link for the first vid from the Pre-Worlds I completely missed this thread. I made it back home at a few minutes to midnight. Wide awake from driving through all the fog and rain I captured the 4 tapes and saw some excellent shots in there. Some of the best I've done. This first vid is an overview. The first few laps of the Main are a simulation of what it would look like if I were doing a live shot. Except two cameras like I have and several on the ground. I used the magic arm to mount the camera for the turn close ups on this vid. Worked great. Basically this weekend I was in recon mode. Looking for shooting spots checking out the shadows as the afternoon went on etc. Not totally what you'd be doing if you were trying to produce the next blockbuster but there is enough good stuff by a long way. With that many laps to shoot you can't help but get a routine down sooner or later. Now trying to do it while at the same time being totally amazed at the driving that took a little doing

I love to do onroad
As far as making videos I like to shoot onroad much more than I do offroad. Just not much of it here in Tx. HT in Austin's program seems to be picking up so maybe I'll get in more on-road this year. I missed the Biggie last year as well. If I had my wish I'd be shooting sports car racing in Europe. Spa LeMans all the famous tracks. Oh well its all the same to me 1/10 sedan or full sized racecar. If its on the limit its on the limit and you can see it in the video. These guys gave me a big workout. I'm sore from neck to waist. I'm feeling a lot better than last year so I'm hoping to get in a lot more racing this year. Last year was pretty much a wash. Might be heading back to Houston this weekend for the RCPRO Texas Series race 1. I checked out the workers getting the track ready. Looks like a killer layout.

Pics
If anyone happened to get a shot of me and my camera rig I'd sure like to have a copy. I saw a couple of people getting a shot of me and my rig so I'd like to find them. I have lots of pics but only one of me and my stuff.
