If your talking about sedan tires then its because all sedans run the same hex hubs. Hope this helps ya.

i meant to say y cant u use serpent wheels on a mugen? becaues i see that the info on the stores says serpent tires and then the others say mugen kyosho

You are talking about 1/8th scale and that is because the Serpent cars (until very recently) used an offset that was different than the Mugen/Kyosho cars.
