Running To Rich or too lean?

I bought my hpi nitro rs4 rtr3 evo drift about a week ago and the car started leaking unburned fuel where the header and the engine meet. It is also coming out of the exhaust. Is this normal? What should i do?

Disassamble it, replace the seal and assamble it again.
