Default Best starter box for 1/8?

My dynamite readystart box is already breaking up after one season of use.The metal cans on the motors are weak and the screw holes have stripped themselves out.I want something light weight, compact,Preferably with one motor, durable with alot of adjustment.I am going to go lipo for the weight savings as I am using a gell cell now because the stick packs didn't pack enough punch or last long. What do you recommend? Thanks

Default box

Team Magic has a light weight box. I have one I put a 3 cell lipo in and it works good and is very light.

I've use this one to start both my buggy (Novarossi .21) and truggy (RB .28) so I have no doubt it will start a 1/8 on-road .... $70 shipped ... LINK

I like the AE starterbox. It's been going strong for 4+ years of 1/10 and 1/8 starter duties. I power it with two Radio Shack 7.2vdc 3300 NIMH batteries.

I have OFNA pink, flat bed starter box. It comes with single large motor ( 775 motor ? ).

One time I open the motor and I see the brushes are already short. Pretty soon I'll be needing brush replacements.

Who sell these brushes ?
