You know your way around here. Fuel (instead of beer) is free flowing too !

Hope I can get there. It would be interesting indeed. Track is nice. Reminds me of the one in Ohio !

Serpent Asia Challenge 2004, Thailand

Are you up for the challenge?
Asia Model is proud to bring you the Serpent Asia Challenge 2004, Thailand !

The race will be held at SON?fS Hobby Srinakarin Track, Bangkok, on 10-11 January 2004. In attendance will be Michael Salven, Serpent Chief Engineer, who will be on-hand to share his racing expertise with all participating drivers. In addition, there will be the highly anticipated debut of Serpent?fs new 1/10th contender, the 710!





Asia Model cordially invites drivers from Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, China and the surrounding regions to participate in this event. This is the fourth Serpent Asia Challenge following the very first event held Singapore in 1999, second in Hong Kong in 2000 and third in Seoul, Korea in 2002. For this race, Serpent model cars of both the 1/10th and 1/8th classes will be run.


1/10th Class (max 60 entries)
- Open to Serpent Impulse/705/710 models
- 2-door/4-door sedan style bodies to be used
- Tires open to all 1/10th Touring type
- Engines open to all .12-sized (3/5 port, Turbo/Non-Turbo)
- Maximum 25% nitro fuel
- IFMAR rules apply unless indicated otherwise



1/8th Class (max 30 entries)
- Open to all Serpent 1/8th models cars
- Tires open to all brands
- Engines open to all .21-sized
- Maximum 25% nitro fuel
- IFMAR rules apply unless indicated otherwise
