Default Nitro rs4 RTR 3 evo+ HELP!!!

Hi, i have a Nitro rs4 and one of the my pinion gear is stripped. How do you remove the pinion gear off the clutch bell? I've tried heating it up and couldn't get a chance to get a grip on that thing due to the heat. I couldn't manage to come up with a way to get a grip on the clutch bell without damaging the clutch bell and the second gear or burning myself. any help would be appreciated

on the rs4 3 both pinion gears are threaded onto the clutchbell. the only thing i can suggest is brute force. on mine i just heated it up, wrapped paper towels around the bell and grabbed the gear with pliers and just hulked it loose. hope that helps.

grab second gear wit a baby channel lock nd use a vice grip or another channel lock to unscrew 1st gear. If u can grab the clutch bell wit the vice grips dat would be better. grab the clutch bell rite next to the 2nd gear since the metal is strongest there
