Where is f180 chassis plate in stock?

Whether or not the chassis plate is discontinuous?

I found that my new chassis plate (no assembly yet) sags down a bit (1mm) in the middle when I check by using ruler (edge of ruler does not perfectly fit to bottom face of the plate). Can anybody tell me whether or not it is normal found in any new chassis plate.
