Sorry for throwing the question in this section, but I run nitro on-road.

I placed an order with RC union almost over one week ago. I have no idea if my items have shipped or not. My debit card has been charged and my order status at their site is: paid for, processing...

I have sent them emails and got no response for them.

It is getting fishy and I do not know whether to start worrying or not.

I am hoping that the order has not shipped because of one or two items being out of stock. I just hope it does not take too long because I am counting on the items for our next national meet.

Any feedback about this retailer??

Hi.
a guy that I race with got most of his parts for his V1RRR from these guys and there was never a problem, this company may not speak or read english usually ship time if going standard air shipping to mexico will be about 3-4 weeks if you paid via paypal you should be covered in the event the items dont arrive. Just be patient.

you will get your stuff.they dont answer emails as the engrish is shit
i have ordered from then dozens of times.

I don't know anything about this company at all but if you can't communicate with them then if there is a problem how is it supposed to be resolved? Even with the best companies there are mix ups but if you can't let them know about it how can it be fixed? In other words, if something is left out of an order or it is wrong are you just out of luck if you can't contact them?

i've ordered from them a couple of times, they do respond to your emails. they did for me when i needed an adress change. they take a couple of days to process the order than depending on where u live and which method u pick for shipping determines when u get what u ordered. their good people.
