An austrian shop already has the pricing on the kit and all the parts.
It's 469 euro's which is the same as a xray NT1 EC spec costs over here.

First i wasn't really interested in the velox, but now i have gone through the manuel i really like it. The way you remove the diffs and set the eccenters is great.
I'm also interested in the shocks, if i understand correctly you can change the amount of rebound by putting different springs above the floating piston?.

But who was first with the one-piece wheel axles, Shepherd or Capricorn?.

Default gettin serious

Hey guys,
the kits will be ready for shipping within the next 10 days.
So we are ready and pushing hard to do the packaging of the kits.
Everythings fine in the moment.
More Pictures still have to come, i know, but i think you guys even more want the car to build then pictures to look at !!!
But anyway the pictures are on the way, i will add one for you guys !!!

The one piece wheelaxles, well to be honest there where some one-piece some days ago. But actually in this season we were the first as we had it already in Nuremberg at the toy fair. And at this time not many people knew there will be a capricorn car !!!
And our wheelbolt can be tightened with the regular 7mm tool, or with an allen wrench with 3mm !!

The VCS Shocks.
The main advantage is that you can fill them up very easy, and you have the same oil amount in any shock.
And with the spring for the floating piston you can adjust the rebound.
But you have to think about the different system, as you have no membran !!
The shocks are really good, believe me.

So many things to write but no time for it !!

Anyway there is one more picture for today, if everything works out well tomorrow you will find a lot more at team-shepherd. com

So lets get ready, warm up your tools, pick up some beer at the mall, order some pizza, and in a few days you will be ready to race.

kind regards

Alex

I don't care what color the springs are, as long as it's fast.

Thank god you didn't choose a ‘’fruit cake color’’ . Will there be more different springs to choose from for the V10?

Cheers

Thats soooo funny,
the green looks pretty cool and is different to all others.
And yes there will be a range of springs, but we will wait for more cars running so we can do the right springs.
I think after the Shepherd Asia Cup in Hong Kong this weekend we will have technical datas for the next spring.

So lets go back to work.

kind regards

Alex

V10 just TQ and won the Shepherd Cup in Hong Kong on the weekend in the hands of Jilles. He was really fast but was pushed hard for first 5 mins or so by local drivers Tsui in a 733 but once he got the clear track, he pulled away

It is Open class race in Touring car so there was all brand including Serpent, Mugen and Xray.

will post some pictures here

So Jilles was driving a 100% production car? Can we get his set-up? And what’s up with the pictures on Team Shepherd site?

Many questions I know

Thanks
