This will be a good year for racing.

Looking forward to good weather and lots of fun.

CP management will shorten the track for the electric guys during there heat of qualifying and main, this means no more over or under gearing problems which should make for better racing.

Race sounds fine, however, I got a couple of calls today from club members and non-club members as well to bring this to our attention and want to know wwhat's going on. CP typically runs it's events 1st & 3rd weekends of the month. You have scheduled this race on the G.L.A.R.C.R.C. club race weekend which has been posted.

The Kamikaze race is scheduled for the 2nd weekend of April but Sam did contact and explain to us why he would like to have the race on that date and logistically, it works for us all so no problem. Does CP have a set schedule? so that these "errors" don't happen again and everyone can plan their race calendar accordingly, that's one of the most important functions of the "Race Commitee". Just to help that along...here is the G.L.A.R.C.R.C. schedule for the year that is also posted in our thread.

G.L.A.R.C.R.C. 2009 RACE SCHEDULE

Hey Robbie, I noticed on the flyer, there is no mention of the GT cars, does that mean they are not invited? Again?

Rubber tires only if the DM1's are ran.

10 cars or more sign up, I'll will add the class, if less then this number shows up at the track this class will be canceled from the program.

At the last race only 4 DM1's raced.
