Beltran Hobbies GP
We would like to thank Jesse Beltran of Beltran Hobbies for having G.L.A.R.C.R.C. host their GP at the Artesia Transit Center, hopefully this will turn into an annual event.
The race dates are May 23,24, 2009 and will be running
1/10 electric and nitro touring sedan
1/8 open 4wd and G.T.
1/5 STC and F-1
R/C Superbike
Great trophies, Good food, Raffle prizes, should be a lot of fun to kick off the summer!!

Just to refresh this thread, we are going to submit the flyer for Jesse's approval next week and get it posted so we can start taking entries. The response we have gotten back as far as this event and the GLARCRC series has been great!!. We want to keep a reasonable entry fee so that everyone can participate.
As soon as I get back today, we will find out if the city will allow Friday setup, if so, that means practice all day Friday. Hopefully, some drivers will be able to take advantage of that. We are still working on food at the track as well. We just want to thank Jesse again, looks like this event is going to bring some real fun back to racing!!!

Man I bummed out....I was planning to attend this race and I just realized it is Memorial day weekend and I will be at Speedworld racing the Reedy race.
