Yes, its true. I still use the 2343 on my MTX and the 705. Don't why but they do that (with both, the HRS and the normal receiver too).
They only do that when using other brand of transmitter or the servo will behave the same even with HELIOS?

Futaba S9451

It seems that the S9451 has 30% more torque. Do you think it will make a big difference if I were to use it for drag brake? I was just hoping that if I were to get the S9451 and use it for drag brake then it shouldnt put as much stress on the servo compared to the S9550? What do you guys think....
If only torque that you concern about for your drag brake.. do experiment this way.. find a metal/steel with 5kg in weight and put it on top of your spring. Does the spring being push till the end? I guess with about 0.5kg steel they already did

Sounds too complicated I think to be on the safer side I will get the S9451. The size and weight wont make that much of a difference to me.

why you have to HOLD THE REAR DIFF to check?

are you sure that is the correct way to check your rear diff 'tighnest'?

Right. Perhaps a gentle "reminder" from the Tx manufacturer that we ought to use "their" servos.
