You're absolutely right about the alu being like chedder cheese

How's your engine coming along?
I had no problems with those. But I guess that stuff comes in bad and in worse batches.
The problem is you don't know if you have a bad part until you break it.

Believe me, I would have prefered to come to, but not with a motor which isn't run in yet

Yep! Actually the ceramic bearings look almost exactly like steel bearings Have a look at the pic attached.

And how do you like yours?

I'm hoping the weather is going to play ok tomorrow - I'll go to the track anyway and do the first few WOT tanks with the car off the track.

damn dude thats nice I wouldn't have the guts to open up an engine that is this expensive props man

I also heard that JP engines dont last very long maybe 2 gallons of fuel through them then they need to be rebuilt due to the fact that they are full bred racing engines
