So my TQ time of the first heat was best time of the day which gave me tenth place in the final.
Miquel was quite fast on the Heemstede track also. He has a good style. Fast but tidy and controlled.

When he was driving at Rucphen he just got the car and was driving with the standardsetup. At our second clubrace Old Ermen set the 710 up and it was blistering fast. I just began racing 1/8 scale but Miquel does the same laptimes as my fastest.
And he does it very constant. Indeed very fast and tidy, impressive to see.

Fighting against time
Oh man, I'm desperate to get to the track tomorrow to test out my 710, but I'm fighting against time at the moment - still got lots of setup stuff to do and haven't tried to start the engine yet. The body shell is finished and I've set the ride height and tweak - need to do the hudy setup next, then I can start on setting up my 705, so I can test some things with it tomorrow. Lets see if I make it to the track or not.
Here's a couple of pics of my 710 with its clothes on

You could of course stop messing with the 705. You'll probably do that anyway after you've tasted 710

Getting to the point of falling asleep now, maybe I'll just go and run in the 710 and not bother with the 705 I'll see what tomorrow brings
Cheers, Mark.

One Way
Hey guys, i was reading the thread about putting the right amount of oil on the one-way. I put a large amout on both sides of the one-way. Will it slip? Did i put to much? Should i take it off and redo it and just smear enough on both sides.
Also do serpent make a switch holder for the 710 or will i have to make one, as shown on the thread.
