What you did mention over there is simple.
Place the car without shocks on a flat survace with the steerblocks touching the ground.
If the anti rollbar is not adjusted right in an extreme way than one of the steerblocks will not touch the ground.
When adjusting it you can lift up one side and see/messure how much it must be lifted until the other side comes loose from the surface and compare that with the other side. When adjusted right both sides have to be lifted up the same hight until the other side comes loose.
Speed is only fiction but a 130+km/h MRS4 is for real.
