Do the GRP rims and tires fit the 966. Do I have to shim anything?

they do fit, but remember they are wider on the rear, so you will have to adjust your track width, and you will have more rear grip, so you will loose some steering as a result.

With the GRP tires the most narrow setting on the rear will be 267mm (atleast, on my 966)....

Default GRP

Joe put the rear tires on your tire truer and cut off about 2mm off the inside use an exacto knife or hack saw blade . i used the exacto knife cut through the foam then the rim . use saftey glasses . done already works fine you will then be able to get your regular track width and tires will be close other brands width since the grp were wider to start .

Is anyone having same problem like me, the chassis has massive tweak when I put the radio tray on, without the tray chassis sit flat on the setup board

dont think is the chassis cause I have took front and rear end off to check, it seems to me the front bulk head is not aligning to the tray hole is bit off.

I've never had that problem. Check radio tray mount. If it still gives you the tweak, try the aluminum radio tray mount with new bulkheads.

Either try turning your servo around 180degrees; relocate the carb position, Or may your EPA on your radio is set to far, lessen your EPA.

You can try and use the aluminum radio tray bracket.
