Hi guys

Could anyone share with me a killer clutch setup for a tight track with medium traction using the steel bell?

Thanks!

Agree 100% but you neglected to mention that Serpent 966's qualified 1,2 + 3 Scott Kimbrow , Paolo Morganti and Terry Rott in his first major race with the 966.

Anybody had the experience of the 3 screws becomes loose after a couple of runs for the new 2 speed housing of the TE edition. It caused my 2nd gear to strip. From what I observed, the screws becomes loose first, after that it un-loosened out of the spur making the holes of the 2nd speed housing elongated. It was downhill from there. Is it the material? or is the screw length not long enough? Stock is M3x5mm. The recommended shims are in place as per manual. Gearing used is 16/20, 49/45. The design could be further improve with the inclusion of locating studs(similar to the design of the mugen spurs) on the spurs itself given that the gear housing already have 6 holes. Could someone share their experience?

Default 966TE GLC Setup

Could Paolo or Scott post their 966TE setups for the GLC? Both cars looked very dialed. I need a good setup for this weekend's MidWest race.

Thanks in advance....

Hi Dan-

If you could please PM me your email address, I will be happy to send it to you. As of today, you should also be able to find my GLC - TQ setup on the Serpent website.

Thanks!

Look at the 733 TE set-up from Kimbro; it is a 966TE setup. Looks like they got swaped.

Pass you soon...

Morganti takes the top step at the first Florida state race of the season. 966 on the top spot!
