Is that a brass weight between the radio tray support and the throttle servo?

Shimming the front driveshafts. How many shims are you using on either side? Cause the manual suggests 4 on the inside and 2 on the outside but that will give you almost 2 mm of play.

Downsides so far as Ive noticed have been, the manual is just utter garbage. Alot of filing and reaming on the A-arms to make everything travel smoothly, like alot more than on my old Mugen.

I am going to ask alot in this thread just so you know. I havent run onroad since 2003 so Im fairly rusty

Yea I know that I have one of those on each side.
The manual suggests 4 small shims on the inside and 2 on the outside and then 1 of those big ones. But its far from enough and Im not sure on what side to put the additional 2-3 shims required.
I ran Mugen in the past and that didnt have any shimming required so Im a bit confused.

You have to put all the shims on the outside, shim it untill the play is gone. Also, make sure you install the tapered washers the correct way, the side with the smaller diameter faces the bearing so it rides on the inner race of the bearing.

I use the conical shim in the inside, then all the rest in the outside, as many as you need. I think that you will use all the shims you received in the kit.

The Rear suspension upgrade, Empire Aluminum front sway bar holder, Rear shock extension mount, Bumper and the new SL8 gearbox are all available, the only thing that is out of stock is the front suspension upgrade kit.

Sweet, as soon as the front suspension upgrade kit is available Ill put in an order for that, the new rearsuspension rebuild and shock extension, bumper and the new gearbox. Aswell as the aluminium radioplate bracket, the adjustable rear swaybar and the aluminium bodyposts.

Btw aint there supposed to be a new brakedisc pulley aswell? Cause I think I have the one with two pins but theres supposed to be one released with the update kit that has 3 pins.

My local dealer has already boycotted me cause I bought the car from you so it doesnt really matter anymore where I buy spares and options either
