I have been drifting with the ABS drift tires on my nitro 4-tec for about 2weeks and have learned how to drift pretty well as long as I dont try to drift around a set object, lol they work pretty well for confined areas in my opinion, I recieved the HPI drift tires yesterday and tryed them, if I continue to use the hpi tires I will need a much bigger area and I lot more practice, with the HPI set, it seems like you need more speed going into a drift, which I believe they say they are for high speed drifts, but for now I will continue to practice with em and learn them better.

I will keep you posted, hope this helps!

I know this is an old post, but i need to clear this up with you......

First off, that video is of the HPI-Stage D upgrade for the old RS4 3 and was made well before they developed the drift module. Secondly, the Drift kits they sell now does not come with the module. Its something you can buy seprate but is not needed to nitro drift.

Lastly Yokomo has had a nitro drift car for long time. Even before HPI put theirs on the market. So, the module is not what is making the drifting possible. Setup, practice, and skill is.
