After reading this post i went and bought a used Skyline V12+ pipe for my TZ and i have to say i'm not to happy with the seal it makes where the header joins to the pipe. Do you need different types of gaskets or something?

Do your pipes seal ok or are they a little loose? I'm afraid one hit and it will pop out

But i haven't ran it yet so maybe performance might out weigh the fact it's not a perfect fit.

I think you can use a 21 gasket for connection btwn the header and the pipe. Put some afterrun oil to put the gasket on the pipe and put some on the outside before connect it to the header. It makes it easier to push in and reduce chance of tearing the gasket.

Skyline VR12 Plus works pretty well for the .12 OS Tz motor. I would also try the OS 1040 pipe as well. With both pipes, I would think you would get a good power band range from low - mid - high rpms. Goodluck.

I only just got to run the skyline pipe for the first time yesterday and i have to say it felt like it was a good match. Didn't feel like it was restricting it in any way, unlike the other pipe i originally had on it. Very pleased
