This reminds me of those pathetic kids at high school that used to say they failed an exam becuase of one stupid question they had wrong out of the 50 in the exam.
You do not fail a 50 question exam by missing one stupid question. You fail because you got a bunch of them wrong!!
The same way, you do not pass an exam with one right answer. Or in this case, win the world championship out of a lucky pass at the last corner.
Likewise, Massa and Ferrari did so many things wrong this year and their cumulative errors cost Massa the title.
Should either Massa or Hamilton have avoided a few incidents, then the championship would have been decided a few races ago. Simple at that.
Glock gave Hamilton nothing. He was behind Hamilton all race long and was only able to get past him by staying on the track with the wrong tires when everyone else pitted. Toyota called the shot, and they rewarded Glock with race points, despite losing positions to Vettel and Hamilton. He had none before that.
I can only picture in my mind what could have happened if McLaren would have chosen to keep Hamilton on the track. I would only be reading now a bunch of crap accusing Hamilton and McLaren of being idiots.
You win because you scored enough points throughout a tough season to get you to that position.
If you cannot hold another driver on the last laps it's likely that something is not working right with your car. Have you not have your car fail on you during a race??
You cannot be a bad driver at all if you put yourself in the position of winning the F1 World Championship at the last race for two seasons in a row! His mistakes cost him the title last year. True, but then he came back to claim it this time.
Give credit to whomever deserves it!
