I believe that Arrows was bought up by GRP or some other tire maker a number of years ago.

Right !

Arrows was sold to setup Sirio. GRP did take it over and and called it New Arrows which was nothing more than just the same GRP tire in one of the many brands by then.

ATS
Twister
Blackstar
RB
GRP
Power
UFRA
Enneti
Kawahara
Novarossi

So far I know the main factories are GRP, ATS and Enneti, all other brands are just a OEM product.

Kawahara is not a OEM tire.

OEM is simple explained that the product is made by another factory as you mentioned Twister and RB (as also Blackstar) is made by ATS.

No one caught in Jack Rymer's brand? Jaco makes their own tyres and glues their foam to rims for other brands XceedRC as an example.

Kyosho may be unique as well, their foam is considerably different than the other tires I have looked at. As mentioned above, ATS OEM's probably the most tires including the new IDM's on Ielasi's wheels. Very cool if you get a chance to look at them, and when else do you get to run gold wheels so you just need some green on your body and you be pimpin.

Green for the money and gold for the honey baby.

I'm driving a 12th scale on concrete at night at the moment. People seem amazed that I'm getting it to work, and to be honest it's on a knife edge. I'm using the left over centres out of an Arrows 24 shore donuts cut to fit the rim. With a harder tyre it wouldn't work.

Looking around I can't see anything else that soft. Can anybody recommend something that is as soft as the Arrows 24 and 20 shore tyres? Keep in mind I need it to fit a 12th.

Not all tyre manufacturers would leave the centre in the donut when they sold them. What do they do with them?

You can take a look into the wet tires like Microsystems Aqua and the Enneti Umido. These foams are arround 20 shore so give them a mail, maybe they can help you.

Thankyou, that seems a good place to start.

Edit: Can you give me their web addresses? I can't seem to find them on Google.
