Charger for 14.8v 4cell lipo starter box??

Looks like my gfx is not setup for this....it only list up to 3cell.

Looking for a cheap simple charger for starer box battery 14.8v,,2200mh,,4cell any suggestions?

www.htbatteries.com has one that does 4 cell balanced for $65, it requires a power supply though.
