Yeah the deeper you get into kyosho the more you will see odd things working better than what was truly meant for the car like the 219's. Although the box stock cars work extremely well, but everyone likes to tweak and almost everything from the old cars fit the new cars so you can really make some crazy combinations.

I still run the laydown throttle servo from the old style cars until KM gets their top decks in. I run front cvd's and rear dogbones (mostly because I change from 0mm to 2mm offset wheels daily) I run the offroad brake pads from the truggy because they don't fade as much. There are guys happy with the EVO2 2 speed, and guys that are not.. I haven't tried it yet though mostly because I sold my evo2 kit to just buy the parts to upgrade my evo wc.

In general though, you found a GREAT score for $275. I would only recommend the 47mm cvd's because 1/3rd of the way in is too short. Then get a ton of tires and get some practice. Good luck man
