can you tell me what engine is that and what parts is missing??

Looks like an older model but not quite sure which one. As for missing parts it's very hard to see but all i can notice missing is an air filter. Probably would be a good car to start/learn on due to it's single gear.

It's a discontinued Kyosho pureten Alpha, equipped with a .12 engine.

Seems nothing is missing, have fun.

Info on how to start and adjust a nitro engine is present on this site and on different rc manufactures like HPI. Just search these sites. And maybe u are able to google ur way to ur own manufacturer and get a hold of a manual.
